When she’s not on the outdoor course, Thailand’s Suchaya (Cherry) Tangkamolpraser uses the aboutGolf Simulator at Bangkok-based Wilding Golf Performance Center, where she is coached by Shane Wilding, founder and head professional at Wilding Golf. The 14-year-old was awarded The Most Improved Junior Golfer of the Year from True Visions, a major Junior golf sponsor in Thailand. Tangkamolpraser also won several major Junior tournaments in Thailand, Asia and the United States, including the Callaway World Junior Championship (girls’ Class B 13-14 age category) in San Diego.

World’s largest indoor golf performance center officially launched at Wilding Golf Thonglor Soi 18

Bangkok, 28 September 2010 – The impressive Wilding Golf Performance Center at Thonglor Soi 18 was officially launched today at a packed press conference attended by members, golf enthusiasts of all levels and media representatives.

The Thonglor location of the 2,200 square meter center makes it easily accessible from many directions including Petchaburi Road, Sukhumvit Road, Ekkamai-Ram Intra Road, Ladprao Road and Rama IX Road. Shane Wilding, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wilding Golf  

Founder and CEO of the Wilding Golf Performance Centers, 39-year-old Shane Wilding is an internationally renowned golf coach recognized both for his dedication and pioneering teaching methods.

Having earned international status as a top golf coach, Wilding is known for his remarkably keen eye and deep understanding of golfers, their abilities, deficiencies and patterns. These attributes combined with his natural teaching ability have developed into a highly-successful instruction method that is simple to understand, showing players what and why things go wrong and how to correct and improve their performance and consistency.  

Shane has worked extensively on the PGA Champions Tour (2003-2006) with world renowned players such as Curtis Strange, Ben Crenshaw, David Eger and Graham Marsh – as well as Australian Tour Players including Peter Lonard, Rod Pampling and Paul Gow in the early years he spent with Australia’s No. 1 golf coach, Gary Edwin.
